Uh oh, there’s a new Nendoroid Isabelle ⊟
This one is dressed in her winter outfit! And has new emotes! It’s due to ship from J-List in April.
In the five months that I’ve had this game, this is the only room that I’ve really worked on at all, haha.
This room is so cute!
This is the cutest room ever.
…But it still lacks the crazed murderer mannequin hiding behind one of the trees. Totally having a kill streak contest with the bear.
60,000 bells for a fucking cake
so I always make the analogy in my head that 100 bells is equal to 1 dollar (don’t ask me why. I just do). so if this is the case, this cake here runs 600 dollars.
by looking at the proportions of this cake, one would say that the sizes of the tiers are 8inches, 12inches, and 16 inches. which is just about 100 servings of cake.
the typical bakery charges approx $7.50 per serving for tiered and wedding cakes, which would put this particular cake at around $750 dollars plus the price of the topper which would put this cake at at least 75,000 bells if you are going by my conversion.
Gracie, honey… you are undercharging for your cakes
Though, do keep in mind that this is a world where eating is entirely optional and useless. I imagine that the price of food, even cakes, is at least less because of that.
…Though, I still don’t know how fruit sells for so much.
How do you put pro clothing on a mannequin?? How.
I think you can’t, I wore a pro design and changed outfit with the mannequin but after saving the design disappeared :<
But a lot of people show off their qr designs on mannequins??
First, ya gotta wear the full outfit ya want on the mannequin. Then, dress the mannequin in what you want to wear at the moment, and change into what the mannequin is wearing. It’ll wear your pro design.
For whatever reason, doing… THINGS will make the pro design disappear. What things? I don’t know. Obviously, doing… THINGS with your QR patterns like replacing some or editing some must have something to do with it, but sometimes it doesn’t, and OTHER times, it DOES without making any sense.
For example, sometimes, I edit my pro design and it stays put. Other times, it not only disappears, but so do things like paintings, and displayed clothes of it. However, designs on furniture will always remain the same, aside from any edits you make, or if it’s replaced.
So basically, you can put pro designs on mannequins, but when you edit it, prepare to do the whole process all over again… Maybe.
These are the results of this poll. I received 100+ results over various message boards including The Bell Tree, Animal Crossing Community, GameFAQS, and The Gamer’s Bench. I also received some results from Tumblr, Twitter, and Facebook allowing me to be able to put this together.
Dreamies are villagers that are the most widely desired.
Desirables are the villagers that were above average in desirability.
Fillers are the villagers that people equally love/hate or people had very little opinion of.
Benchwarmers are the villagers that have a few big fans but are generally left on the side.
Undesirables are the villagers that were the most hated among AC fans.
The majority of the villagers scored below average based on the polls: From Ken (2.99) to Harry (1.9).
Remember, this poll isn’t about who sells for the most bells/furniture. This is a poll about who individual people like in order to form an accurate consensus without any assumptions.
The polls have been left open for possible future updates. If you don’t like the results and haven’t voted, then do it now and try to change it for next time.
Wow, I’m surprised Marshal is not in the top 5. I had no idea Diana was so popular either! Whitney’s really at the top? I know the movie made her way more popular, but dang…
I’m surprised Dotty is in Benchwarmers too, you’d think she’d be more popular with the weird glowing red eyes thing. And Agent S is really more popular than Kid Cat? I just find that hard to believe. And how can so many people not like Olaf?
This may sound nasty, but I’m surprised Jambette isn’t even lower than she is now. I mean, Harry just looks like someone drew on his face with a black marker, but Jambette is downright scary to me. I’ve never been a fan of “too much makeup” characters to begin with, but geez, Jambette takes it to another level. Weirds me out.
It’s a bit sad to see Rocket down so low, but I can understand why, at least. And I still say that 90% of the reason to not like Wart Jr. is looking absolutely nothing like Wart. Seriously, who messed THAT up on the dev team?
But what confuses me the most is Sprinkle. I have no godly idea how Sprinkle is in the Desirable list, by any extent. How is she beating a bald eagle, a phoenix, a greaser wolf, and a moon rabbit sailor scout in popularity? It’s not that there’s anything WRONG with her, but… I’m not sure how she got so popular. I wouldn’t have such a problem with this, but I never hear ANYTHING about Sprinkle ANYWHERE. No fanart, no screenshots, no mentions, not a single thing relating to her! Where’d this come from? Is there some kind of secret underground Sprinkle fanbase I’m unaware of? I have no problem with people liking her so much, but I really want to know the source of this love that Sprinkle is getting. She’s easily the most out-of-left-field thing on the dreamies list.
Oh, and of course, if Huck was in this game, he’d be at the very top, in his own tier. Because Huck is best villager. Period.
But that’s my stupid two cents, so WHATEV’S, commence yelling at me if you must.
reblourge because wrongblag
So after making a delivery to my first place winner of the giveaway, Rolf moved in! I actually learned to like him when I found out he was a white tiger of all things! However, I don’t think he lasted very long in Atlantis, given how he still has his default clothes and catchphrase„ but who knows? Still, I welcome him!
